Delivery Times
Here's an overview of card production delivery times and the process leading up to the start of production.
Start of Production
Production begins once your design has been finalized (final approval) and payment has been confirmed.
If your order details or design need further confirmation, production will begin only after that confirmation is complete.
Standard Delivery Estimate
Standard products ship within 10 business days after final design approval and payment confirmation.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and our company holidays.

How Delivery Counting Works
If your design is finalized and payment is confirmed by 3:00 PM, your order is treated as received that same day.
If confirmed after 3:00 PM, your order is treated as received the next business day.
Important Notes
- If your order details require confirmation, or during extended holiday periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
