Example order cutoffIf both "payment" and "final design approval" are completed by 3:00 PM on a Monday, that Monday becomes the official order date. If completed after 3:00 PM, the official order date is the next business day.
If your design is finalized by 3:00 PM, it's processed the same day; after 3:00 PM, it's processed the next business day. Turnaround may vary due to weekends, public holidays, special specifications, busy seasons, or delivery area.

Because these are made-to-order products, returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted. Typos, errors in content, and color differences between your screen and the printed product identified after your final approval are not covered under warranty.

What's the minimum order quantity?
+Minimum order quantities vary by product. ID cards and employee badges can be ordered from as little as 1, while some products require a minimum of 100 or 500. Please check the relevant product page, or let us know your use case and quantity.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
+Changes may be possible before printing and finishing begin, though some changes may not be possible depending on the content — please contact us as soon as you can. Changes or cancellations are not possible after final design approval or once printing/finishing has started.
Can you issue a quote, invoice, or receipt?
+Yes. If you'd like one issued, please request it through My Account or our contact form.
Design & Artwork Submission
Can I order without design artwork?
+Yes. If you provide your logo, the text you want, photos, and a reference image showing the look you're going for, we'll create a design proposal for you.
What's included in the free design service?
+Based on the logo, photos, text, and reference images you send us, we'll create a card design proposal at no cost. Before final approval, you're welcome to review the design and request revisions.
Can I review the design before printing?
+Yes. You'll always review the finished look, and we only begin printing and finishing after your final approval. Revisions can be requested before approval.
Can names, numbers, or photos differ on each card?
+Yes. We support variable printing, so names, employee numbers, photos, barcodes, QR codes, and more can differ on each card. Please prepare a list (such as an Excel file) along with the images.
Delivery, Shipping & After Your Order Arrives
When does the delivery countdown start?
+Your order is officially confirmed once payment and final design approval are both complete. We typically ship within 10 business days of that date.
Do you ship to Hokkaido, Okinawa, or remote islands?
+Yes. We ship nationwide across Japan. Delivery may take longer than usual depending on the region, weather, or traffic conditions.
Can I see the actual product before ordering?
+Yes. Free samples are available so you can check the thickness, texture, and differences in printing and finishing for yourself.
Will the printed colors match what I see on screen?
+Because screens and printed materials render color differently, some color difference may occur. If color accuracy is important to you, please check a free sample beforehand or contact us before ordering.
What happens if there's an issue with my order when it arrives?
+For manufacturing defects, damage, printing errors, or shortages that are our responsibility, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After we review the issue, we'll remake or replace the item at our expense.
