Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

In this Policy, "personal information" means personal information as defined under the Personal Information Protection Act — that is, information about a living individual that can identify a specific person by name, address, telephone number, email address, employer, image data, or other descriptions.

Article 2 (How We Collect Personal Information)

In providing our services, we collect the following information mainly through fair and lawful means.

Name, address, telephone number, email address

Data related to card production (photographs, employee numbers, job titles, etc.)

Note that credit card information and other payment data are held by our payment processing partner and never pass through or are stored on our own servers.

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes.

To receive, produce, and ship card orders

To communicate regarding layout confirmation and proofing

To respond to inquiries and provide after-sales support

To inform customers about new products, services, and exhibitions

To conduct surveys and compile statistics for service improvement

To prevent and address violations of our Terms of Service

Article 4 (Security Measures)

We take the following measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise ensure its security.

SSL (encrypted communication): Every page on our website where customers enter personal information uses SSL encryption to prevent interception or tampering by third parties.

Organizational and personnel management: We have appointed a Personal Information Protection Manager and provide thorough training to our employees.

Physical and technical management: We enforce access restrictions, anti-virus measures, and theft-prevention controls.

Article 5 (Restrictions on Disclosure to Third Parties)

Except as permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws, we will not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer's prior consent. This does not apply, however, where we outsource part of our operations — such as providing information to a delivery carrier — to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes of use.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use)

Customers may request that we disclose, correct, add to, delete, or suspend the use of their own personal information held by us.

After confirming that the request has been made by the customer in question, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope in accordance with applicable law.

Article 7 (Use of Cookies)

Our website may use cookies to improve usability and analyze usage patterns. Customers can disable cookies through their browser settings, but doing so may limit certain features of our service.

Article 8 (Use of Google APIs)

To provide our services, we may use various APIs provided by Google (such as Google OAuth, Google Ads API, and Google Wallet API).

Information obtained through Google APIs is used solely for the following purposes.

  • Identity verification and login authentication
  • Analysis and reporting of Google Ads performance
  • Issuance and management of digital cards compatible with Google Wallet

We do not sell information obtained through Google APIs, use it for advertising distribution, or use it for any purpose other than those listed above.

Information obtained through Google APIs is managed appropriately in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
