Selling Price
Prices shown on each product page are exclusive of tax. Consumption tax will be added at checkout.

Time of Product Delivery
We ship within 10 business days, in principle, after the design has been finalized (final approval) and payment has been confirmed.
*Delivery times may be extended during busy periods or for products requiring special processing.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our cards are produced entirely to order (made-to-order production), we are unable to accept cancellations after the design has been finalized (final approval) and production has begun, or returns/exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.

Terms of Transaction
We ship only to addresses within Japan. We do not ship overseas.
Defective Products
If a product has a defect (damage, printing error, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will promptly replace it (re-produce it) with a non-defective item at our own expense for shipping.

- *The color of the product may differ from the actual item depending on your monitor's display settings.
- *Depending on the design content, printing may not be possible in some cases.
- *We may be unable to deliver by your requested date due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
