We ship within 10 business days after final design approval and payment confirmation.
Orders confirmed by 3:00 PM are treated as received that same day; orders confirmed after 3:00 PM are treated as received the next business day.

We can ship to only one address per order.
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

We can update your delivery address as long as your order hasn't yet been prepared for shipment.
